More easily control a bank of 3D printers with the Sonic Pad from Creality. This portable tablet-style control pad uses a 64-bit SoC to run Klipper firmware, which gives you the ability to control up to 4 FDM printers simultaneously. It can connect to almost any FDM 3D printer via USB, and 22 Creality printer models come pre-configured. Operate your printers through the Sonic Pad's built-in 7" touchscreen or a web UI on a laptop or smartphone when connected to the same LAN. With precision-oriented algorithms commanding your printer motors, you not only get easier control with the Sonic Pad, but also up to 2-5x faster prints. Compared to small, built-in interfaces, using the Sonic Pad can save you time and make printing more efficient.
Faster Printing
The Sonic Pad uses precision-oriented algorithms to command your 3D printer motors, resulting in a higher print speed by 2-5x. In addition, by using a built-in shaper function that mitigates oscillation during high-speed printing and smooth out ringing, the Sonic Pad can help maintain print quality.
Customizable Design
You can customize the functionality of the Sonic Pad in two ways. You can create user-defined programmable macros to quickly execute specific functions, and you can take advantage of the Sonic Pad's open source code to directly adjust its abilities through new features.
Printer Compatibility
You have the ability to connect the Sonic Pad to almost any FDM 3D printer via USB. Out of the box, the Sonic Pad comes pre-configured for 22 Creality printer models:
- Ender-3 Max, Max Neo, Pro, S1, S1 Plus, S1 Pro, V2, and V2 Neo
- Ender-5 Plus, Pro, and S1
- Ender 6 and Ender 7
- CR-6 MAX and CR-6 SE
- CR-10, CR-10 S4, S5, Smart, Smart Pro, and V3
- CR-10S Pro V2
Additional Features
- 2GB of RAM and 8GB of storage space
- G-Code model preview when slicing with Creality Print, Ultimaker Cura, Pursa Slicer, or Super Slicer
- 4 x USB-A ports, 1 x RJ45 Ethernet port, and Wi-Fi 4 (802.11n) module
- Expand the Sonic Pad capabilities with optional hardware, such as a camera for real-time monitoring and timelapse filming
- Upgrade the Sonic Pad via OTA or USB-based methods
