The TOP253PN is a 15W integrated Off-Line Switcher with advanced feature set and extended power range. This enhanced EcoSmart� switcher incorporates a 700V power MOSFET, high voltage switched current source and PWM control, oscillator, thermal shutdown circuit, fault protection and other control circuitry onto a monolithic device.
